At UVM Medical Center, we are looking for a Clinical Care Associate to join our team. This position requires the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and members of the interdisciplinary team. The Clinical Care Associate must demonstrate knowledge of principles of growth and development over the life span and be able to assess patient data relative to the patient's age, specific needs, and condition.Qualifications: -High school diploma or GED-Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification-At least one year of recent nursing assistant experience in a hospital or long-term care setting-Ability to successfully complete a competency evaluation upon hire-Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills-Ability to work with a diverse patient population-Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentIf this position seems like the perfect fit for you, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
