We are seeking an experienced Medical Assistant who is able to provide exceptional patient care and administrative support to our healthcare teams. To be successful in this role, you must possess superior customer service skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities, the ability to work in a team, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate must also have a minimum of one year of experience in a medical setting, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid medical assistant certification. Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional patient care and administrative support to healthcare teams • Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes • Manage patient medical records and related paperwork • Prepare examination rooms and maintain supplies • Take vital signs, collect specimens and perform other diagnostic tests • Perform laboratory procedures and other medical tests as requested • Help provide patient education and advice regarding treatment plans • Assist physicians with patient examinations and treatments • Handle scheduling of patient appointments • Answer patient inquiries in a timely manner • Ensure compliance with medical protocols and safety standards • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical procedures and protocols
