As the Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the store manager in overseeing daily operations and driving sales.   1. Oversee daily operations of the retail department, ensuring all processes and procedures are followed effectively.

  3. Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  4. Lead and develop a team of retail associates, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success.
  5. Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed attractively.
  6. Collaborate with the store manager to create and implement strategies to increase store profitability.
  7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as federal and state regulations.
  9. Assist with visual merchandising and store layout to optimize sales and create an engaging shopping experience for customers.
  10. Continuously stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors to make informed decisions and provide excellent customer recommendations.
  11. Handle customer escalations and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  12. Assist with scheduling, payroll, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and a strong customer service culture.
  14. Collaborate with other departments and teams within the company to achieve overall company goals and objectives.

Job Qualifications
