  1. Support the store manager in achieving sales targets by consistently monitoring and analyzing sales data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective strategies to drive sales.
  2. Assist in maintaining a positive work culture by leading and motivating a team of retail associates, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, and promoting teamwork and collaboration.
  3. Ensure excellent customer service by setting and maintaining high standards, resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner, and regularly seeking feedback to improve the overall customer experience.
  4. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising to ensure a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
  5. Train and onboard new employees, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and products, and providing ongoing training and development opportunities for current employees.
  6. Conduct regular performance evaluations for retail associates, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement to support their growth and development.
  7. Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive store traffic and increase sales.
  8. Maintain a strong knowledge of Verizon products and services, staying up-to-date with new product releases and promotions, and effectively communicate this information to customers and team members.
  9. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, safety protocols, cash handling procedures, and compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth, actively participating in training and development programs, and staying informed about industry trends and best practices.
