- Support the store manager in achieving sales targets by consistently monitoring and analyzing sales data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective strategies to drive sales.
- Assist in maintaining a positive work culture by leading and motivating a team of retail associates, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, and promoting teamwork and collaboration.
