  1. Assist the Store Manager in driving sales and achieving store targets.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to deliver exceptional customer service.
  3. Create and maintain a positive and engaging work environment for the team.
  4. Train and develop team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  6. Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  7. Ensure that the store is properly stocked and merchandised to meet customer demands.
  8. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  10. Conduct performance evaluations for team members and provide constructive feedback.
  11. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
  12. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities.
  13. Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  14. Ensure a safe and clean store environment.
  15. Act as a role model for the team by consistently demonstrating excellent customer service and sales skills.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Retail Management Role, Preferably In The Technology Or Telecommunications Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Proven Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Customers, Employees, And Senior Management.
