  1. Develop and implement strategic plans and procedures to mitigate security risks for the company.
  2. Conduct regular risk assessments and identify potential vulnerabilities in the company's systems, processes, and procedures.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security measures are integrated into all aspects of the company's operations.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging security threats to proactively identify potential risks to the company.
  5. Train and educate employees on security best practices and protocols.
  6. Lead a team of security professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance the company's security posture.
  8. Monitor and analyze security incidents and develop strategies to prevent future occurrences.
  9. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to security.
  10. Prepare and present reports to executive leadership on the company's security risk management efforts.
  11. Continuously review and improve security policies and procedures to ensure they are effective and aligned with industry best practices.
  12. Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to manage security incidents and potential legal implications.
  13. Participate in the development and management of the company's security budget.
  14. Serve as a point of contact for security-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  15. Foster a culture of security awareness and accountability throughout the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Or Risk Management.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Security Risk Management, Preferably Within A Large Corporate Organization.

  • In-Depth Understanding Of Various Security Frameworks, Standards, And Regulations, Such As Iso 27001, Nist, And Gdpr.

  • Proven Track Record Of Designing And Implementing Effective Security Risk Management Strategies And Processes.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
