  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients, acting as the main point of contact for all their needs.
  2. Identify and pursue opportunities for growth within existing client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling products and services.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  4. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, effectively communicating client needs and concerns to ensure a seamless experience.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in the telecommunications market to provide clients with the most relevant and innovative solutions.
  6. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals, utilizing a consultative approach to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  7. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies for acquiring and retaining business clients.
  8. Identify and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in company database.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the business account specialist role.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Customer Service Or Sales, Preferably In A Business-To-Business Setting.

  • Strong Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, To Effectively Interact With Corporate Clients.

  • Knowledge Of Telecommunication Products And Services, Including Internet, Phone, And Data Solutions.

  • Ability To Work Independently And Prioritize Tasks In A Fast-Paced Environment, While Maintaining A High Level Of Accuracy And Attention To Detail.
