Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Accounting, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Capacity Management And Labor Capitalization Within The Telecommunications Industry.
Strong Analytical And Financial Skills, With A Demonstrated Ability To Manage And Analyze Large Sets Of Data.
Experience With Workforce Planning And Forecasting, As Well As Labor Budgeting And Cost Management.
