  10. Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for network outages or emergencies.
  11. Comply with company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, security protocols and equipment usage guidelines.
  12. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and addressing customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  13. Train and mentor new technicians to ensure a high level of technical expertise and knowledge within the team.
  14. Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects, ensuring completion within designated timelines.
  15. Continuously monitor and maintain inventory levels of equipment and supplies necessary for central office operations.
