Corporate Social Responsibility Volunteerism - Project Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement volunteerism and CSR projects that align with company values and objectives
2. Identify and develop relationships with local nonprofits and other organizations to coordinate volunteer opportunities
3. Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for volunteers, including training and orientation
4. Create and maintain volunteer databases, track volunteer hours, and process volunteer applications
5. Monitor volunteer feedback and identify ways to improve volunteer experiences
6. Coordinate logistics for volunteer opportunities, including travel, food, and supplies
7. Prepare reports and presentations to effectively communicate volunteer outcomes and impact
8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends and best practices in corporate social responsibility and volunteerism
9. Work with other departments to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
10. Develop and maintain positive relationships with volunteers, stakeholders, and the community
