Job Description

  1. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with corporate governance laws and regulations.
  2. Monitor and evaluate changes in corporate governance laws and regulations, and advise senior management on potential impact to the company.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain a comprehensive ESG reporting framework.
  4. Oversee the collection and analysis of data to accurately report on the company's ESG performance.
  5. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify and address any potential ESG risks and opportunities.
  6. Conduct regular trainings and workshops to educate employees on corporate governance and ESG principles and practices.
  7. Serve as the primary point of contact for external audits and inquiries related to corporate governance and ESG reporting.
  8. Review and approve all ESG communications and disclosures, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with industry organizations and experts to stay updated on best practices in corporate governance and ESG reporting.
  10. Provide legal advice and guidance on ESG matters to senior management and relevant departments.
  11. Collaborate with the legal team to ensure all ESG policies and practices are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  12. Monitor and report on the company's progress towards ESG goals and targets.
  13. Participate in relevant industry conferences and events to stay informed on emerging trends and best practices in corporate governance and ESG.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve upon the company's corporate governance and ESG reporting processes and procedures.
  15. Serve as a champion for corporate responsibility and promote a culture of ethical and responsible business practices within the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Corporate Governance And Esg Reporting, Preferably In A Large Corporation.

  • Strong Understanding Of Esg Reporting Frameworks And Regulations, Such As Gri, Sasb, And Tcfd.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Information To Various Stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Implementing Corporate Governance Policies And Procedures, As Well As Conducting Esg Risk Assessments And Audits.
