  1. Install, maintain, and repair telecommunications equipment and services for customers.

  4. Ensure all installations and repairs are completed accurately and efficiently.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  6. Keep accurate records of all installations, repairs, and service calls.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and equipment in the telecommunications industry.
  8. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working in the field.
  9. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  10. Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and supervisors.
