Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and implement fraud risk strategies and initiatives to reduce and manage fraud risk at Verizon • Analyze data and insights to develop recommendations that will improve fraud risk practices and processes • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of fraud risk strategies • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of fraud risk management strategies • Monitor industry trends and developments in fraud risk management • Prepare reports and presentations on fraud risk management initiatives • Provide guidance and support to staff on fraud risk management topics • Keep up-to-date on best practices in fraud risk management
