Functional Product Analyst

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct research and analysis of Verizon products and services to identify customer needs and develop product requirements.
2. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders across teams and departments.
3. Monitor customer feedback to ensure customer needs are being met.
4. Work with the Product Development team to ensure customer requirements are adequately addressed in the products.
5. Utilize Agile methodology to ensure product delivery timelines are met.
6. Participate in customer feedback sessions and provide input on customer experience.
7. Analyze product performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
8. Provide support to customers experiencing technical issues with products and services.
9. Work with customer service teams to develop effective solutions to customer service issues.
10. Create reports and presentations to communicate product performance and customer feedback to stakeholders.
