Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic business partner, providing HR advice and counsel to leaders and their teams.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and programs in support of business objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to leaders on a wide range of HR topics, including talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning.
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful implementation of new strategies and programs.
- Monitor and analyze HR data to make recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with other HR functions to ensure a holistic approach to HR management.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of current trends in the HR field.
- Serve as a negotiator and mediator to resolve conflicts between employees and management.
- Develop and deliver training programs on various HR topics.
