Learning and Development Analyst

Verizon is seeking an experienced and motivated Learning and Development Analyst to join our Learning and Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering learning solutions that meet the strategic goals of the organization. You will be a creative problem-solver and have the drive to create innovative learning experiences.The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in Learning and Development. You should be an excellent communicator and have a passion for learning and development. You should also have knowledge of adult learning principles and the ability to design, develop, and deliver effective training programs. Additionally, you should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. 10. Analyze feedback and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions.
