Learning and Development Analyst

Verizon is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Learning and Development Analyst to join our team! As a Learning and Development Analyst, you will play an integral role in developing and delivering learning solutions that support the development of our employees and the success of our organization.The ideal candidate for this position will have a combination of technical knowledge, instructional design experience, and a creative outlook on problem solving. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail oriented, and passionate about working with people and learning.Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a related field, experience in the field of Learning and Development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think outside the box. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and deliver learning solutions that are tailored to the needs of the organization and employees.
2. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of the learning solutions and make recommendations for improvement.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure the learning solutions are meeting their needs.
4. Develop instructional materials and resources for use in training programs.
5. Create and maintain an inventory of learning resources and materials.
6. Establish and maintain a system of tracking and reporting of learning and development activities.
7. Evaluate and analyze training and development programs to identify areas for improvement.
8. Engage in research and data analysis to identify best practices in the field of learning and development.
9. Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to ensure effective learning and development.
10. Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and deliver training programs.
