Strong Leadership Skills: As A Principal Engineer, The Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Network Engineers And Collaborating With Other Teams Within The Organization. Therefore, They Should Possess Excellent Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Provide Guidance, And Resolve Conflicts.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Network Security: The Principal Engineer Should Be Well-Versed In Network Security Best Practices And Have Experience In Implementing Security Solutions To Protect Verizon's Network Infrastructure. They Should Also Have A Strong Understanding Of Compliance And Regulatory Requirements.
