Collaborating with stakeholders to establish project designs, scope, deliverables and timelines. Developing and maintaining detailed schedules for each project and actively managing and driving the scheduled tasks internally and externally. This includes but is not limited to major milestones, action items, and any other commitments that would impact the project schedule. Analyzing implications of changes from the original schedule and taking required corrective actions to ensure the project stays on track. Insuring data integrity and tools and identifying improvements needed. Providing regular and meaningful project status reports to management and the project team. Identifying process limitations and collaborating with stakeholders and other cross functional teams to identify and implement time and/or cost efficient improvements. Creating, implementing, and training others on processes to keep up with our technology and tools evolution.
