- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the retail store.
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided to all customers.
- Motivate and lead the retail team to achieve sales targets and meet company goals.
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment for the team.
- Train and develop team members to improve their product knowledge and sales skills.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to create and implement employee schedules.
- Assist in conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to team members.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities to make informed business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
- Adhere to and enforce all safety and security procedures within the store.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Retail Management Experience In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Strong Leadership And Team Management Abilities.
Proficient In Sales Techniques And Customer Service.
Knowledge Of Wireless Technology And Products, Preferably With Experience Working For Verizon Or A Similar Telecommunications Company.
