• Greet customers and answer questions regarding Verizon products and services in a friendly and professional manner • Assist customers in selecting the best product and services to meet their needs • Demonstrate expertise in all Verizon products and services and provide detailed information to customers • Process payment transactions and provide receipts • Maintain store appearance and ensure all merchandise is properly displayed • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction • Stay up-to-date with current sales and promotions • Follow store policies and procedures • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction • Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and other related duties • Work both independently and collaboratively with other team members to reach sales goals.
