  3. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Verizon products and services, including phones, plans, accessories, and promotions.
  4. Conduct sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and activating new devices.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  6. Stay updated on the latest technology trends and products offered by Verizon to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
  7. Assist in maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the retail store.
