  1. Develop and nurture relationships with key accounts to ensure their satisfaction with Verizon's products and services.
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their questions, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to meet clients' needs.
  4. Monitor account activity and provide regular reports and updates to management and clients.
  5. Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and work to secure additional business from existing clients.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition to provide strategic insights and recommendations for client retention and growth.
  7. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Verizon's products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
  8. Lead and mentor a team of account managers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  9. Ensure all client activities and interactions are accurately documented and tracked in Verizon's systems.
  10. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  11. Represent Verizon in a professional and positive manner at client meetings, events, and conferences.
  12. Continuously strive to enhance the overall client experience and exceed customer satisfaction goals.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and compliance standards.
  14. Assist with the development and implementation of account management strategies and processes.
  15. Maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive client information.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • 5+ Years Of Experience In Sales Or Account Management In The Telecommunications Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Revenue Goals.

  • Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Clients.

  • Experience Managing A Team And Providing Leadership And Guidance To Junior Account Managers.
