As a Senior Experience Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving customer satisfaction and retention.   1. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and issues related to SafeLink and GDP products in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Proactively identify and resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive experience.
  3. Act as a subject matter expert on SafeLink and GDP products, staying up-to-date on new features and updates.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the customer experience and drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  5. Monitor customer feedback and utilize data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  6. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
  7. Train and mentor junior experience specialists to ensure they are equipped to handle customer inquiries and issues effectively.
  8. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  9. Conduct regular audits and analysis to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements.
  10. Continuously seek ways to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to relevant teams for product and service improvements.
  11. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
  12. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the highest level of service is provided to customers.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including privacy and security protocols, to protect customer data and maintain confidentiality.
  14. Handle escalated or high-priority customer issues with a sense of urgency and empathy.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador by representing Verizon and its values in all customer interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Customer Service And/Or Sales, With A Focus On The Telecommunications Industry.

  • Comprehensive Knowledge Of Safelink And Gdp Programs, Including Eligibility Requirements, Benefits, And Enrollment Procedures.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Engage And Build Relationships With Customers.

  • Demonstrated Leadership Experience, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Drive Results In A Fast-Paced Environment.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting, With The Ability To Use Insights To Make Strategic Business Decisions And Drive Program Growth.
