
Sr Manager - Sales Ops & Enablement
Verizon is looking for an experienced and passionate Sr Manager - Sales Ops & Enablement to join our team and advance our sales operations and enablement function. As our Sr Manager - Sales Ops & Enablement, you will be a key member of the sales operations and enablement team, responsible for developing and executing against a strategic roadmap that drives improved effectiveness and efficiency of our sales organization.The ideal candidate has a passion for sales operations and enablement and is a self-starter with a track record of success in a similar role. To be successful, you must be highly organized, have a customer-centric mindset, be a problem solver, and have the ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders.Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field- 5+ years of sales operations and/or enablement experience- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales operations and enablement strategies- Proven track record of delivering results- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills- Experience with Salesforce.com and other sales operations tools is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap that drives improved effectiveness and efficiency of the sales organization.
- Manage sales operations and enablement initiatives and projects.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas of improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Identify and implement process and system improvements to support sales objectives.
- Develop and deliver training programs and materials to ensure sales personnel are up to date on best practices and processes.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and manage sales operations and enablement budgets.
- Utilize Salesforce.com and other sales operations tools to optimize sales processes.
- Stay current on trends and best practices in sales operations and enablement.
