Job Description

Verizon is looking for a Technical Support Representative to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our customers. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong technical background, excellent problem solving and communication skills, and a passion for helping customers. You will be responsible for troubleshooting a variety of technical issues, providing guidance and solutions, and creating a positive customer service experience. Required Qualifications:• High School Diploma or GED with at least 1 year of customer service experience• Comprehensive knowledge of Verizon products and services• Technical proficiency in Windows/Mac and mobile operating systems• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple customer issues• Excellent communication, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service to Verizon customers by troubleshooting technical issues.
  2. Utilize knowledge of Verizon products and services to provide guidance and solutions to customers.
  3. Create a positive customer service experience by responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  4. Utilize technical proficiency in Windows/Mac and mobile operating systems to diagnose and resolve customer issues.
  5. Multi-task and manage multiple customer issues while maintaining attention to detail.
  6. Communicate effectively and professionally with customers.
  7. Utilize problem solving and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve customer issues.
  8. Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as required.
