Job Description

Verizon is looking for a highly motivated and customer service-oriented Technical Support Representative to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance related to our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with customers. Required Qualifications:•Minimum of two years of customer service or technical support experience •Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills •Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills •Proficiency in using computers and applicable software •Ability to work independently and as part of a team •Flexibility to work different shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment •High school diploma or GED

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support and assistance related to products and services
  2. Troubleshoot and solve technical issues and customer inquiries
  3. Communicate clearly and effectively with customers
  4. Use computers and applicable software to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
  5. Work independently and as part of a team to ensure customer satisfaction
  6. Work different shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  7. Maintain a professional and friendly attitude while interacting with customers
  8. Monitor customer feedback and provide feedback to management
  9. Stay up to date on current products and services
  10. Follow company policies and procedures
