
Technical Support Representative
Verizon is looking for an experienced and dedicated individual to join our Technical Support Team as a Technical Support Representative. In this role, you will be a dedicated point of contact for our customers, providing timely and reliable assistance and solutions to technical issues. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service and technical support, and is eager to take on the challenge of providing first-class support to Verizon customers.The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of two years of experience in technical support and troubleshooting, excellent customer service and communication skills, and a commitment to providing superior customer service. Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and reliable customer assistance to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing superior customer service and technical support.

- Monitor customer feedback and inquiries to identify areas of improvement.
- Follow established procedures and policies when addressing customer issues.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and their applications.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions.
- Monitor progress of customer inquiries and escalate any unresolved problems.
