
Technical Support Representative

- Record detailed customer reports and interactions in the company's database system.
- Demonstrate sensitivity to customer needs and requirements.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by exceeding customer expectations.
- Remain knowledgeable of all current products, services, and procedures.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications to complete tasks.
- Prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
- Evaluate customer feedback and develop plans for improvement.
