Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service to clients with technical inquiries and issues.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues in a timely manner using the appropriate tools and resources.
  3. Investigate and diagnose customer issues, and provide appropriate solutions.
  4. Record detailed customer reports and interactions in the company's database system.
  5. Demonstrate sensitivity to customer needs and requirements.
  6. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by exceeding customer expectations.
  7. Remain knowledgeable of all current products, services, and procedures.
  8. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications to complete tasks.
  9. Prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
  10. Evaluate customer feedback and develop plans for improvement.
