Verizon is seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Technical Support Representative to join our team! We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and problem-solving technical issues. As a Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, utilizing your technical knowledge of Verizon products and services to provide solutions. If you are a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and the technical aptitude to support our customers, we want to hear from you!Required Qualifications:-High School Diploma or GED-At least one year of customer service experience-Proficiency in utilizing computers, software, and other technologies-Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to Verizon products and services-Excellent verbal and written communication skills-Strong problem-solving and organizational skills-Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Responsibilities of a Technical Support Representative:

-Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. -Utilize technical knowledge of Verizon products and services to provide solutions. -Troubleshoot technical issues related to Verizon products and services. -Provide excellent customer service and problem-solving. -Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. -Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes. -Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide feedback to management. -Remain current with industry trends and technology. -Follow established company policies and procedures.
