The Technical Support Representative is a key member of our team and will be responsible for providing technical assistance for our customers.Required Qualifications:-At least one year of experience providing technical support-Proficiency with computers and software applications, including Windows, Mac OS, iOS, and Android-Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and explain solutions to customers in a clear and concise manner-Strong customer service skills with a commitment to providing a positive customer experience-Excellent listening, communication, and problem-solving skills-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries with accuracy and in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and explain solutions in a clear and concise manner.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of their inquiries.
- Demonstrate strong customer service skills and a commitment to providing a positive customer experience.
- Utilize Windows, Mac OS, iOS, and Android systems to troubleshoot customer issues.
- Document customer inquiries and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on customer systems.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and new product features.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues.
