Job Description

Verizon Business Public Safety Communications is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team! As a key member of our team, you will provide technical support to Verizon's public safety customers. We are seeking a motivated individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service and technical support. The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field. A strong working knowledge of public safety communications, both wireless and wireline, is strongly preferred. In addition, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is highly desirable. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support to public safety customers.
  2. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.
  3. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to public safety communications.
  4. Provide support and maintenance to both wireless and wireline systems.
  5. Communicate effectively with customers to identify and resolve issues.
  6. Document customer interactions and technical solutions.
  7. Attend customer meetings and training sessions as needed.
  8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Verizon Business Public Safety Communications products and services.
  9. Monitor customer accounts to ensure efficient operations.
  10. Provide technical assistance and guidance to team members.
