Verizon Business Public Safety Communications is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team! As a key member of our team, you will provide technical support to Verizon's public safety customers. We are seeking a motivated individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service and technical support. The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field. A strong working knowledge of public safety communications, both wireless and wireline, is strongly preferred. In addition, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is highly desirable. Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to public safety customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to public safety communications.
- Provide support and maintenance to both wireless and wireline systems.
- Communicate effectively with customers to identify and resolve issues.
- Document customer interactions and technical solutions.
- Attend customer meetings and training sessions as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Verizon Business Public Safety Communications products and services.
- Monitor customer accounts to ensure efficient operations.
- Provide technical assistance and guidance to team members.
