Job Description

At Vista Outdoor, we are looking for an experienced Human Resources Director to join our dynamic team. We are seeking a motivated individual who is capable of providing strategic leadership to the HR team and ensuring the company meets its goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading and developing a successful HR team, as well as experience in developing and executing effective HR strategies.The successful candidate must possess a minimum of 8-10 years of professional Human Resources experience, with at least 5 years of progressive HR leadership experience. They must have a thorough knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employee relations. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and a current HR certification is preferred.We are looking for an individual who is an excellent communicator and possesses strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate must possess a positive attitude, be a team player, and have a strong customer service orientation. The candidate must also be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy.The Human Resources Director at Vista Outdoor will be a key member of the leadership team and will be responsible for driving the vision and culture of the company.
