Volcom is looking for an Allocations Specialist to join our team and help maximize our business potential. We are looking for an individual who is highly organized, enjoys problem-solving, and has a passion for customer service. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the Volcom family, and will be responsible for managing the inventory and ensuring that the right products are in the right place at the right time.To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in business or related field, at least two years of retail experience, and a track record of success in a customer service environment. You will also need strong analytical skills and the ability to make decisions quickly and accurately. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be responsible for negotiating with vendors and developing relationships with store managers. Finally, you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Responsibilities:
- Analyze inventory needs and manage the inventory to ensure that the right products are in the right place at the right time.
- Negotiate with vendors and develop relationships with store managers.

- Maintain accurate records of customer service and inventory reports.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Promote Volcom products and services to customers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor store performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the team to achieve common goals.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
