Volcom is looking for a Retail Associate who will represent our brand and our customer service standards with enthusiasm and professionalism. Responsibilities: • Provide excellent customer service, including answering customer inquiries, addressing customer complaints, and providing product information. • Maintain detailed product knowledge and expertise in the Volcom line. • Display merchandise attractively to promote sales. • Assist in store maintenance, including stocking shelves, organizing displays, and straightening merchandise. • Adhere to all store policies and regulations. • Process payments accurately and efficiently. • Assist in inventory management, including restocking and tracking sales. • Participate in team meetings and other training events. • Ensure all store areas are clean and presentable. • Monitor customer traffic in the store and provide assistance as needed. • Follow all safety guidelines for working in the store.
