In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our customers with their beauty and wellness needs, providing expert advice and recommendations on a variety of products. This is an ideal position for someone who is enthusiastic about beauty and wellness and enjoys interacting with others.   1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by listening to and understanding customer needs and preferences.
  3. Assist customers in finding the right beauty and wellness products to meet their specific needs.
  4. Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty and wellness trends, products, and techniques.
  5. Educate customers on the benefits and uses of different beauty and wellness products.
  6. Offer personalized recommendations and advice to customers based on their individual needs and concerns.
  7. Demonstrate and explain the proper use and application of products to customers.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized beauty and wellness section in the store.
  9. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's point of sale system.
  10. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  11. Attend training sessions and product knowledge seminars to continuously improve knowledge and expertise.
  12. Assist in merchandising and restocking products on the shelves as needed.
  13. Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  15. Maintain a positive and respectful attitude towards customers and team members.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Beauty And Wellness Products: A Beauty And Wellness Consultant At Walgreens Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Latest Trends And Products In The Beauty And Wellness Industry. This Includes Skincare, Makeup, Haircare, Supplements, And Other Related Products.

This Includes Being Approachable, Knowledgeable, And Able To Provide Personalized Recommendations Based On The Customer's Needs.

  • Strong Sales And Marketing Skills: The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successful Sales And Marketing Strategies In The Beauty And Wellness Industry. This Includes The Ability To Upsell And Cross-Sell Products, As Well As Creating Eye-Catching Displays And Promotions To Attract Customers.

  • Certification Or Degree In A Related Field: A Beauty And Wellness Consultant At Walgreens Should Have A Certification Or Degree In A Related Field Such As Cosmetology, Skincare, Nutrition, Or Wellness Coaching. This Demonstrates A Strong Understanding Of The Industry And The Ability To Provide Expert Advice To Customers.

  • Organizational And Time-Management Skills: With A Large Inventory Of Products And A Busy Store Environment, It Is Essential For A Beauty And Wellness Consultant To Have Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills. This Ensures That All Customer Needs Are Met Efficiently And The Store Displays Are Well-Maintained.
