This individual should have a passion for helping customers and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of customer service and quality assurance standards, as well as a commitment to upholding Walgreens’ highest standards of excellence.In this role, you will work to ensure that customer service levels are consistently met and that our products and services meet the highest quality standards. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent problem-solving and communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in a related field• At least 3 years of experience in customer service and/or quality assurance• Proven track record of upholding customer service standards• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Responsibilities: • Proactively monitor customer service levels to ensure they meet Walgreens' standards of excellence. • Ensure that products and services meet quality standards. • Investigate customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve customer issues. • Identify areas of improvement in customer service and quality assurance processes and recommend solutions. • Communicate customer feedback to relevant departments and ensure that customer issues are addressed in a timely manner. • Analyze customer data and trends to identify potential problems and develop strategies to prevent them. • Provide training and guidance to customer service staff on customer service and quality assurance standards. • Develop and implement customer service and quality assurance initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction. • Monitor customer feedback and identify areas of improvement. • Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
