Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Customer Service Associate to join our team at Walgreens! As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to customers, building relationships with them, and helping to ensure their shopping experience is as enjoyable as possible. To be successful in this position, you will need to be an organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You should also be comfortable using computers for customer service tasks, as well as possess a strong customer-oriented attitude. Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers and provide them with prompt and courteous service.
  2. Answer customer inquiries, provide product information, and address customer complaints in a professional manner.
  3. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and services.
  4. Process payments and complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
  5. Handle customer returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
  6. Monitor and restock shelves, as needed.
  7. Process and fulfill online orders.
  8. Maintain a clean and neat sales floor.
  9. Participate in team meetings to discuss customer service strategies and initiatives.
  10. Follow all safety procedures and adhere to company policies.
