Director, Artificial Intelligence & Data Science

We are seeking a highly-motivated and experienced Director, Artificial Intelligence & Data Science to join Walgreens’ dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and developing the strategic vision for the Artificial Intelligence & Data Science function across the organization. You will lead a team of data scientists and engineers to develop and leverage advanced AI and data-driven solutions to optimize our operations, improve customer experience, and drive growth.The ideal candidate for this role will have extensive experience leading data science initiatives and teams, a deep understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, and a working knowledge of industry-leading AI and data science approaches. You must have a creative and innovative approach to problem-solving, and be able to effectively communicate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences. Additionally, you must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, thrive in a highly-collaborative environment, and have the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
