Job Description

Act as a liaison between business product teams, product delivery teams, and RunOps teams to ensure business stakeholder expectations are met. Provide strategic inputs to prioritize product support backlog. Manages the Product team’s backlogs and prioritizes the scope for each group considering a mix of operational activities and transformational activity workloads, severity of incidents, and balancing of segment needs. The main tasks of a Product Service Delivery Manager include managing project transitions, fixing reliability issues, tracking service metrics, managing budgets, and leading the product service delivery team in partnership with the Senior Manager Platform Service Delivery. Assessing customer/ product feedback and using creativity to establish, improve, and refine product services.

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace.

  • Experience with vendor and vendor contract management, including SLA review.

  • At least 7 years experience in Information Technology

  • Experience working with business processes supported by IT solutions in a healthcare or pharmacy environment

  • Knowledge of organizational change management concepts and techniques
