Pharmacy Cashier

We are looking for an organized and customer service-oriented Pharmacy Cashier to join the Walgreens team. The ideal candidate for this role should have a passion for helping others, be able to maintain a positive attitude, and demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills. As a Pharmacy Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, accurately collecting payments, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and orderly pharmacy. Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and walk them through the process of purchasing medications
• Accurately collect payments and process transactions in a timely manner
• Assist customers with finding the right products and provide helpful advice
• Stock shelves with products and ensure shelves are well organized and clean
• Answer customer questions and resolve any issues or complaints in a friendly and professional manner
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and laws
• Ensure accuracy of all paperwork and documentation
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their purchase
• Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service at all times
• Other duties as assigned
