Responsibilities of a Pharmacy Cashier:

1. Greet customers and maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with them.
2. Process payments with accuracy and efficiency.
3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pharmacy operations and procedures.
4. Assist customers with locating products and providing information.
5. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
6. Monitor inventory levels and alert management when supplies are running low.
7. Provide excellent customer service by answering customer inquiries and resolving customer complaints in a timely manner.
8. Receive and accurately process new prescriptions.
9. Adhere to all safety and security protocols.
10. Assist with any other tasks as assigned by management.
