1. Greet and welcome customers to Walgreens in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns promptly and accurately.
3. Collect and process payments from customers for their purchases.
4. Maintain accurate cash drawer and handle cash transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
5. Assist customers with locating and selecting products in the pharmacy.
6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the pharmacy.
7. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the cash register and sales floor.
8. Handle phone calls and inquiries from customers in a polite and professional manner.
9. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
10. Adhere to all safety and security procedures to maintain a safe environment for customers and employees.
11. Follow all company policies and procedures, including HIPAA regulations, to ensure compliance.
12. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction by actively seeking feedback and resolving any issues that may arise.
13. Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed.
14. Attend training sessions and meetings to enhance job knowledge and skills.
15. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Pharmacy Manager or Store Manager.
