  1. Develop and implement supply chain strategies and processes to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of products from suppliers to stores.
  2. Lead and manage a team of supply chain professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute supply chain initiatives that support business growth and customer satisfaction.
  4. Identify areas for improvement and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and cost savings.
  5. Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management to continuously enhance processes and drive innovation.
  8. Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure uninterrupted flow of products.
  9. Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for the supply chain department.
  10. Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in supply chain management.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Supply Chain Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Management, With A Focus On Optimizing Processes And Driving Efficiency. They Should Be Well-Versed In Inventory Management, Logistics, And Supplier Relationship Management.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Senior Manager, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team And Driving Results. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Effectively Managing And Developing A Team, As Well As The Ability To Influence And Motivate Cross-Functional Teams.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Supply Chain Technology: With The Increasing Use Of Technology In Supply Chain Management, The Senior Manager Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Relevant Software And Systems, Such As Warehouse Management Systems And Transportation Management Systems. They Should Also Be Able To Leverage Data And Analytics To Make Informed Decisions And Drive Continuous Improvement.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Be Able To Think Critically And Strategically About Supply Chain Processes And Identify Areas For Improvement. They Should Be Able To Effectively Analyze Data, Identify Trends, And Implement Solutions To Drive Efficiency And Cost Savings.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: As A Senior Manager, This Individual Will Need To Communicate And Collaborate With Various Stakeholders, Including Internal Teams, Suppliers, And Vendors.
