What is the vacation policy at Wellmark?

Wellmark's vacation policy provides employees with a minimum of two weeks of paid vacation time per year that can be taken in full- or half-day increments. Employees can carry over up to two weeks of unused vacation time to the next calendar year, and unused vacation time is paid out upon termination. Wellmark also provides three floating holidays per year, which employees can use at their discretion.
