We are currently seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator 1 for our MGH ACTG team.   1. Coordinate and oversee all aspects of clinical research projects within the MGH ACTG team at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including researchers, physicians, patients, and sponsors.
  3. Adhere to all regulatory and institutional guidelines and ensure compliance with ethical standards in all research activities.
  4. Assist with the development and implementation of research protocols and procedures.
  5. Recruit and screen potential participants for clinical trials, ensuring eligibility criteria are met.
  6. Collect and maintain accurate and detailed records of all research data and participant information.
  7. Collaborate with research team to analyze and interpret data, and prepare reports and presentations.
  8. Communicate effectively with participants, healthcare providers, and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operation of clinical trials.
  9. Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the course of the research project.
  10. Stay up-to-date on current research trends, training and certification requirements, and best practices in clinical research.
  11. Maintain confidentiality and privacy of all research data and participant information.
  12. Represent Wentworth-Douglass Hospital and the MGH ACTG team in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  13. Contribute to the overall mission of the hospital by supporting the development of new treatments and therapies through clinical research.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field (E.g. Biology, Nursing, Public Health)

  • Experience In Clinical Research, Preferably In A Hospital Or Academic Setting

  • Knowledge Of Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines And Regulations

  • Strong Organizational And Communication Skills

  • Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team, With Attention To Detail And Adherence To Deadlines.
