- Act as a subject matter expert on data analysis and provide guidance and support to other team members and departments as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Data Analysis Within The Healthcare Industry, Preferably In A Value-Based Care Setting.
Proficient In Sql And Data Visualization Tools Such As Tableau Or Power Bi.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Data Sets, Including Claims Data, Clinical Data, And Quality Metrics.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Communicate Complex Data Findings To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
