We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Repair Senior to join our team.In this role, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of our hospital's heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. As a vital member of our facilities team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and safety of our patients, visitors, and staff.To be successful in this position, we are looking for an individual who possesses extensive knowledge and experience in HVAC repair and maintenance. The ideal candidate will also have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. If you are passionate about providing high-quality healthcare and have a strong background in HVAC repair, we would love to have you on our team.

  1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on all hospital HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems and determine appropriate solutions.
  3. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed on HVAC systems.
  4. Ensure all HVAC systems are functioning properly and meeting safety and regulatory standards.
  5. Respond to emergency repair requests in a timely manner.
  6. Monitor and maintain inventory of necessary tools and equipment for HVAC repairs.
  7. Collaborate with other members of the facilities team to plan and prioritize maintenance and repair tasks.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in HVAC repair and maintenance.
  9. Train and mentor junior HVAC technicians as needed.
  10. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while performing HVAC repairs.
  11. Communicate effectively with hospital staff and management regarding HVAC issues and repairs.
  12. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  13. Continuously seek out opportunities to improve and optimize HVAC systems for better efficiency.
  14. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend repairs.
  15. Represent the hospital in a professional and courteous manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hvac Repair And Maintenance, Preferably In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Hvac Systems, Including Electrical, Mechanical, And Refrigeration Components.

  • Ability To Troubleshoot And Diagnose Complex Hvac Issues And Develop Cost-Effective Solutions.

  • Strong Understanding Of Safety Protocols And Regulations Related To Hvac Repair In A Healthcare Environment.
