  1. Design and implement Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) system to ensure the security and integrity of sensitive data.
  2. Develop and maintain IAM principles, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective IAM solutions.
  4. Manage and maintain user identities, access controls, and permissions within the organization's systems and applications.
  5. Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential security threats and make recommendations for mitigation.
  6. Monitor and analyze security logs and alerts to proactively identify and respond to security incidents.
  7. Perform regular audits and reviews of IAM systems to ensure compliance with internal and external security policies.
  8. Stay up-to-date with the latest information security trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the organization's security posture.
  9. Train and educate employees on information security best practices and procedures to promote a culture of security awareness.
  10. Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.
  11. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to IAM systems in a timely and efficient manner.
  12. Participate in cross-functional projects to integrate new applications and systems into the IAM environment.
  13. Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge in IAM principles and technologies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Iam Engineering, With Specific Expertise In Iga Identity Governance And Administration.

  • Strong Understanding Of Industry Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Such As Hipaa And Hitech.

  • Experience With Implementing And Managing Iam Solutions, Such As Okta, Sailpoint, Or Forgerock.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Iam Issues.
