
Intern – Agriculture Research and Development
As an Agriculture Research and Development Intern, you will gain a realistic job preview of the agricultural chemical, fertilizer, seed, and technology industry and opportunities to explore future career opportunities as a Field Technology Specialist, Nutrition Technical Services Manager and beyond. During our 12-16 week summer program, you will work closely with a mentor to collect research plot data using advanced technology. Travel to research plots to collect aerial data via unmanned aerial vehicle (drone). Complete data analysis and summarize aerial data via GIS software. Submit a final project presentation.
College student majoring in Agricultural Engineering, Agricultural Technology or related field
Must have or willing to obtain FAA UAV Part 107 remote pilot certificate
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
